From Derry, New Hampshire -- Proceed from Derry Center, which is Exit 4 off of Interstate 93 in New Hampshire. Go to Derry Center on route 102 heading east. Keep on Rt. 102 until the Derry traffic circle (no more than a mile). Proceed straight through staying on Route 102 east. Proceed about 4.3 miles and take a right onto Webster Lane. Follow Webster Lane for exactly 1.1 miles and turn right onto our dirt road, Hart Roberts Road. We are up top and we have the only house on that road.
